xpost to Harrahscasino - Vegas point multipler days at Harrahs

On a recent trip to Vegas I was told both at Caesars and at Harrahs
Laughlin that point multipler days can be found online. I have been
unable to locate those so I sent an email to Caesars through their
online contact page. I received the following response:

Thank you for your inquiry! I have requested that our Website
Specialists post the
Multiplier days back onto our website but, in answer to your question,
the upcoming
multiplier days at all of the Las Vegas properties are as follows:

Harrah's:
September 19
October 24
November 30

Flamingo:
September 24
October 29
November 15

Caesars:
September 12
October 15
November 14th

Rio:
September 10
October 19
November 12

Paris/Bally's:
September 27
October 5
November 9

Who is designated as the "online contact page"?

Recently I sent a mail to three, count them, three people who are
listed in the Casino DataBase of vpFREE as the Video Poker Hosts for
Caesars, Atlantic City, asking them for some information. This is about
two weeks ago. Thus far, the number of replies I received is - zero.

Looks like the folks at Las Vegas are a bit more customer friendly than
those at AC.

I'v e had way better luck with them than with my host. At one point I
stopped getting mailers from Harrahs except for Bally's AC and no host
could figure it out. I used the customer service page to send a
message to someone in Lake Tahoe about it and the said my account had
been set to "no mail by customer request" - which is of course
nonsense. She fixed it and my mail eventually started back up.
Caesars person was equally helpful with the multiplier days. TO get
there log onto your account at harrahs.com. Then select customer
service aong the links at the top of the page. Then scroll down to
COntact Harrhas and click on the link that says "If you can't find the
answer to your question, send us an email." From there you can pick
location and topic and send them a message. It took several days on
the no mail answer and an hour on the point multiplier question. But
so far I have been happy using them to ask questions.

Or it is not offseason in Atlantic City as it is in Vegas. With the
summer heat casino personnel often select this time to vacation
elsewhere, thus emails and replys and such might be delayed?
