I can share a bit of information as to what you may expect when
Encore opens later this month.
Access from Wynn to Encore is similar to the way you can walk to
Palazzo from the Venetian. Once inside Encore you will notice it is
smaller, so think of it as a "mini-Wynn".
There's no buffet at all.
The rooms are nicer than the Wynn, if that's possible. But there's a
downside to those huge panoramic windows.
And it's the view.
The Wynn's impressive Strip views are not duplicated at Encore.
Instead, a lot of your view on the south side is of the Wynn itself.
I can't give you any Encore paytable/database tips because I was not
allowed to "browse" VP machines. As with all new properties, best to
get there in the early months while the going is good. Just think
back on the great Palazzo machine selction initially and look at it
now.
