That's right. I have the rules for the $200,000
Ferrari Giveaway 12/4-2/6 in front of me.
They say, "One complimentary drawing ticket and $50
FREECREDIT will be awarded to each Clark County
resident that is a new member to red card that
provides a valid email address and is included in this
promotion."
Elsewhere it says you must provide a valid photo ID
that indicates you are a resident of Clark County
Nevada.
