Wynn publicity

It's only puzzling if one believes WYNN is doing this for publicity.
After reading John's note yesterday, I had very little doubt left that
it is definitely not being done for that purpose (otherwise it would
probably have been a marketing person and not a tech that says "It's a
beautiful thing").

Another thought- perhaps the technician who said that actually plays vp and felt it was a beautiful thing, just as we all would, to see a full pay pay table. I know, a rather pedestrian thought, but certainly plausible.

Thanks, Lee.

Bear in mind that the tech was talking to a couple of "suits", who looked to me to be both: 1) barely out of school and 2) the ones who decided to put in these machines. My impression was that the sight of the bank being packed with A.P.s playing $1 FPDW was exactly what they were hoping for. The question is: why??? I'm leaning toward stupidity: they actually believe Rob Singer when he says these machines can't consistently be beaten.
Another clue: chatting with a slot attendant Saturday, she noted that the bank was "very popular". I ventured that these seemed like nice machines. She said, "yeah, they call a them "fat pay" machines.
Close enough.
