Wynn -- Offers for Visitors
The wife and I gambled there on our last trip (July 2-5) for about
2.5 hours (approx. 30K coin-in). About a month later we received a
mailer for Wynn's inaugural $125,000 slot tourney (Sept. 22-24),
including 3 free nights (regular room) and up to $200 a day in FB.
We're not big on slot tourneys, so, as long as The Mirage continues
to offer us a free tower suite depsite the fact that they have only
gotten about half our action on our last 3 trips (75K coin-in over
three days), we consider it our best comp. It's our favorite casino
for everything but VP (only play Ugly Ducks at the $0.50 level (5-, 9-
, 10-play). Bellagio and Ceasar's use to get the other half of our
action, but since Bellagio eliminated $1.00 9/6 JoB we'll be
splitting it with Caesar's and Wynn now.
Looking for some advice re Caesar's. We've averaged about 65K
coin-in on our last three trips (within the past 12 months), but the
best offer we've received is two free nights in a tower room with
casino rate for the third night. We usually do two long sessions on
seperate days during our stay at the Mirage. Is Caesar's just a
tougher comp than the Mirage or Bellagio? (which has received far
less action but continues to offer us 3 nights with various food and
free-play comps.)
