I nominate WynnJacks if it has not already been nominated. I think
Steve Wynn deserves recognition for putting in a good paytable that,
AFAIK, has not appeared anywhere else. He has done video players a
good turn, and I think it should be returned with some good publicity.
I also hope he makes a good profit on the game.

I would seriously doubt that Mr. Wynn has any knowledge of the pay
schedules on the floor of the casino. That falls to the Slot
Director, etc. Wynn is much too busy with making "serious" money to
care about the schedules.

It was probably the Slot Directors decision, but I suggest Mr Wynn
was definitly informed of the decision prior to installing them,
especialy if the slot director knew their would be an article in
Gaming Today.
