Wynn: Comp Rate Through Hosts?

OK the best I can figure it, the boothlings at the Wynn are the
poorest-trained, least-empowered in Vegas. Pleasant enough, but
absolutely unable to help. If you're taking your points in cash back,
they have no ability to comp you for anything, regardless of your
level of play. The hosts, on the other hand, have access to a
separate comp account. Does anyone have any data on the rate at which
comps accumulate in this special "host" account? I'm currently on
the "Voyage of the Damned" and am accumulating oodles of play.
Curious just how much I can ask of the host.

Any feedback would be appreciated. PM me if you prefer. Thanks.

Please post ANY information on the list, if it is not "too secret." I'm running up against stone walls here, for locals anyway.

We've been getting about 0.2% of coin-in back as comps. My record
keeping is not great, so that's a very rough estimate. They don't seem
to hold it against us that we know where the full pay machines are, or
that we don't play higher than $1 machines.

Wynn Resorts annual report made a point of touting their
"sophisticated" customer tracking system that rewards loyalty based on
total spending, not just gambling. I don't know how much of that is
BS, but it's possible they're a little more generous to hotel guests.
