Wynn and Trump

Hi all

Wynn and Trump. I always kinda get the two mixed up. Both guys seem
to be showman type people. Of course Thump more so. It's funny how
Wynn, now finishing his property, has The Donald across the street
wanting to sell condos. It wouldn't surprise me if Donald doesn't
make a deal to get involved in Frontier gaming property. He has a
Vegas gaming license.

Here's, in my mind, what would be a nice thing for players. What if
Wynn opens with the players in mind? And how about going back to
basics? He could give the player a good gamble and they will stay at
Wynn Resorts. Now a nice twist would be Trump to come onto the scene.
Build another resort, just for the gamblers. Good fair return to
gamblers will bring the players. Wynn and Trump will compete for
players with 105% vp and bj tables, with good rules, paying triple
pay on black jack every day from 12 to 5 PM. These promos will bring
so many players into the properties that all the other casinos will
go broke. The icing on cake; us players who like to casion hop, will
only have to hop across the street for another good play.

Really though, I do think Wynn will have a good place for higher end
table players and $1 and over slot(vp) players. I still remember the
old days when Wynn had cb at .66%. But times change and maye not.

In today's strip environment, a good gamble doesn't have to be
offered to players. Most will play regardless of game conditions.
Let's face it: the most popular game is slots. A house advantage
averaging 6% doesn't seem to deter play. And that's an overall
average; imagine the house edge on nickel and penny games. Yet, what
does everyone get excited about? New penny and nickel slot machines.

Its simple, Wynn previous co. (golden nugget, name changed to Mirage)
average 17% increase in stock price per year over the life of the co.
new co. WYNN stock price open at $11, droped to $9, now $72, high $76

with Trump, you lost your but, now in bankruptcy again

Wynn was able to cherry pick the absolutly best workers, some reports
had 47k applications for jobs,

Trump's show speaks for itself.

I know nothing of what these guys are planning, but I will dare make
statement: neither Wynn nor Trump is thinking about offering 105% VP
or 0.66% cash back. They might have generous thoughts for humanity,
including that portion of it that gambles, but I'm almost absolutely
convinced that 105% VP and 0.66% cash back is not part of those
thoughts. Now, I know I might be jumping to conclusions, but if I
could bet on my statement in any Sports Book in Las Vegas, I would
put a big bet on that statement of mine. I believe it is almost a
sure bet.

Good point M J. You know, I did know the difference. One more thing.
The only way to go bankrupt is Trump style. Most of us wouldn't mind
going bankrupt like he does. Sad part is, all the small folks around
them get hurt. The big guys tend to hang in there and are better off
after company goes bankrupt.
