Well said Karen. I have a couple of friends in town that are staying
at the Bellagio. Spent the day at the pool, then they wanted the
dinner buffet. I am brutally critical of buffets, but at least at
tonights buffet, I gave most items I had an A or A+. Even something
as simple as the chicken noodle soup was fantastic.

It's top-notch - probably the best food I've had at a buffet, and there are very few I haven't tried at least once.
