WSOP Final Table Bonus Analysis?

Does anyone know of an analysis of the ER of the bonus bet on this WMS
game? Obviously the paytable of the vp base game speaks for itself.
It is just idle curiosity as I was putzing around recently and won the
final table bonus with a full bonus bet. Volatility has to be pretty
scary.

I am pretty sure that the Wizard of Odds did an in depth analysis of
this game and the results are available on Micheal's website. I have
played the game a few times at Red Rock and find it entertaining, but
certainly not suitable for die-hard VP pros.

I've written an article on this game which will appear in
Strictly Slots soon. (Michael Shackleford saw the article, with my
permission, before he posted his analysis on his Wizard of Odds
website.) I can't post the article here because the magazine is paying
me for "first rights".

What I can share, though, is that the bonus feature adds
approximately 0.16%. So on 9/6 Jacks, the game returns 99.70%. There are
a limited number of WSOP FTB pay schedules that the slot director may
choose among, and the WMS game family has different names than IGT does
for the same games. A few pay schedules are better than 9/6 Jacks and
most are worse, so you have to check out each machine to see what's
what. Depending on exactly which game is chosen, the slot club, and what
promotions are in effect, this could well be a decent play for serious
players.

I should have looked at the Wiz's site first. I played at the same machines
in Laughlin he did. With 8/5 JB loaded as the base game, I knew there was
no way it was going to come close to 100%, but I was intrigued enough to
load up some credits and see what the game was about. It was an interesting
game. Maybe the machines at Harrah's L were turned down, but they missed on
some of the aural and visual cues that make Action Gamings' MS and STP so
fun. Thanks Charles. Bob, I'll look forward to your article.
