We could have our own top 10 worse values list for Vegas and publicize it thru our group and perhaps someone will pick up on it and perhaps those responsible could correct on it. For starters -my list (1 is worse, 2 is 2nd worse etc)
1) Las Vegas taxis and their illegal longhauling via the airport tunnel
2) Las Vegas Casino ATM's and their exorbitant site fees
3) Deceptive Advertising of "loose slots" with no hard proof of paybacks posted
4) UNLV's plans to build 5 parking garages and doing nothing to encourage transit use
5) Casinos failure to realize that even in Nevada 69% of adults are non smokers and want non smoking games and areas
6) Exorbitant added charges to rooms that are never advertised or advertised in fine print only such as resort fees, energy fees, etc.
7) Car rental surcharges besides taxes that amount to over 25% of the rental and are not disclosed prominently in advertising
8) America West's exorbitant $100 change fees even on $39 one way tickets.
9) Hospitality networks forcing you to look at all their crap and to change the channel
to get regular real TV
10) Housekeeping bothering you by phone when the "do not disturb" sign is posted.

Too bad. There would have to be several nuanced
categories for worst smell alone. The Plaza would
win my vote with the following description;
"A combination of urine-soaked hobo and stale bacon
grease with just a piquant of overflowing ashtray."

But you forgot the "Lemon Pledge" component in the Plaza mix.
To be fair, the joint smells alot better this year. But the VP is starting
to stink.
