I've never found smoking to be a problem in any of the lounges. I have found it to be a problem in the Wolf Den when on a few occations we sat next to a group of chain smokers that we found very annoying. I also felt bad for the artists when people would be sitting right in front and blow their smoke on stage.

It's an open area of Earth, not enclosed like the Caberet & Arena.
Hell, even 2 of the 3 lounges for Sachem & Sagamore are open and both
allow smoking, and that's where people eat.Regards,
