Going to Vegas Winterfest and not playing probably won't affect any offers
you get from Reno or other Harrah's properties.
The thing is though that Winterfest is not a very good tournament, since it
is open to a lot of people and doesn't have that many prizes. Other Harrah's
tournaments are much better, so you might want to call a host and see if you
could get an offer for a better tournament (assuming you can go different
dates) if you want to go to Harrah's Vegas.
