Winstar Casino--Oklahoma

Some Oklahoma Indian casinos do have Class III VP. It depends on the tribe. The state legislators changed the law to allow any Indian tribe that signed a new compact ( sharing profits with the state, and in Tulsa the city of Tulsa ) to run Class III slot and VP machines. Many tribes signed on, but did not necessarily change to Class III machines right away. So some casinos like the Tulsa Creek nation casino have VP that changes your cards to ensure a win if you win, and some like the Cherokee in Catoosa have real VP. The pay tables suck there. The best JOB is $1 8/6, .25 and .50 are 8/5. Of course this is no worse than Harrah's in Kansas City.

The Indians cannot have real Roulette or Craps, only card based versions. You also have to ante a buck every turn on card games and craps, and .50 on roulette.

I just got back today from Mirage 2 nights and Paris 2 nights.
Everywhere I went on the strip, I'd have loved to see a 8/6 JOB for
dollars or 9/6 DDB like at Cherokee. Nothing like some good old 8/5
JOB just about everywhere on the strip, downtown was a little better,
We enjoyed seeing Oscar the Mayor, open the new Fremont East and
passing out giving a speech. Little too much Gin and Beer (his
words) to go along with the heat.

Off the strip/downtown into the locals casinos are the only plays
I've seen. If Harrah's didn't have Laughlin, I'd have a rusty steel
card instead of precious jewels.
