I have Win Poker on my IPhone 6 w/ IOS 11.4.1. Works just fine.

Interesting. Did not work on my IPAD (going back at least a year …at the time it said the developer needed to update the app so I enquired to the developer and was given the info , just verified it too. Guess I shouldnt have deleted it!
