I plugged this payoff table into Optimum Video Poker, and the correct Game EV is 99.8033%. FVP is correct.

(Obviously), the strategy varies greatly between the two
programs as well.I would appreciate any help with determining what explains the
difference between the WinPoker and FVP analysis. Could the
problem lie with the "user defined" process in WinPoker
(perhaps I'm not using this function properly).
