I also had a problem setting up custom games. I finally figured out what I
did wrong. The same thing may be happening to you. When you are setting up a
quad line, you have to check all the boxes for the "kicker" (meaning that the
quad will pay no matter what the 5th card is).
You also need to be sure that you have the correct "hand type" showing for
the line you are setting up.
