Well, the formatting didn't come out very well. Bottom line is they advertise a roll down of at least $5 million. In reality, it's at most $3 million. Who's up for challenging the lottery folks on their advertising?

VP Pappy, maybe you should write to them since the deception cost you about $16,000. If the total roll down amount would have been $5,000,000 instead of $2,800,000, your prize would be 80% bigger, or another $16,000.

   Ya, I noticed that. I just got into the "never look a gift lotto
win in the mouth" mode and tried to ignore it. But having said this, I
am going to send a gentle query to them enquiring about that missing 2
mill. Who knows, matbe they'll send me a mill or two just shut me up.
