I was at Windsor on Sunday. They are moving a bunch of the PE machines outside of the High Limit area. Word is they are putting in another of the automatic roulette tables. The techs had some of the machines open. Hope they are not in the process of changing the paytables.

Same thing Monday as they were roped off in a circle. One of the ladies hit a Royal on the $0.25 Machine near the Cashier cage.
