What I do is use an ATM card. You get a fair rate of exchange (check with
your bank about any charges to do this). An alternative is to go to a bank
and exchange currency. If you do this, exchange as much as you think you'll
use because there is typically a one-time charge; however, the rate you get
will not be as good as at an ATM in my experience.
