Can someone tell me how free play coupons are figured into win/loss yearly statements? For example, if I insert a $100 coupon in a vp machine does the system consider that the same as inserting a $100 bill from my wallet on my win/loss statement. Does anyone know if all the casino’s handle this the same way? How does Harrah’s credit free play coupons on the win/loss statement?

In my experience, Win/loss treatment of Free Play and other promotional credits can be inconsistent.
Caesars w/l statements clearly treat Free Play vouchers as an equivalent to inserted cash (and therefore typically inflate reported losses vs actual cash position). Not clear how they treat downloaded credits.
MGM casinos (and some others) appear to disregard downloaded credits, and therefore tend to be more accurate.
