Win Card promotions

Does anyone know of any Laughlin casinos that currently have a Win
Card promotion going on?

They were available at the River Palms in November (my last visit). I
suspect they may have them at their sister property- Tropicana too. I
base this on my observation that up north here I also saw them at the
Horizon Lake Tahoe, another sister (or is it brother?) property.

They are available at the main cashier window.
