Just a story I thought I would pass along.
I deposited $80 at William Hill but had some connection problem.
Later I deposited another $80 and my balance read $160. I was
supposed to get a $80 bonus, so it should have been $240. Well, after
several emails, I ask NETeller to help---they gave me the transaction
codes to send to William Hill, I did, and had the money in my account
immediately. The lesson learned here is to not ever start playing
before the bonus is put into your account (I didn't do this) and to
also use your banking facility to your advantage. I don't think the
online casinos want to get a bad rap with NETeller or Firepay.
