games, in all of the MG/MD Game Kings scattered through the casino,
including 9/6 JoB, 8/5 BP, 9/7/5 DB, 9/6 DDB, 9/5/80 WHA, and 15/11
APDW deuces wild.
XVP: For Three Card Poker fans, the Pair Plus pay table is the "full
pay" 40/30/6/4/1 schedule, though this was commonly available
elsewhere in Cripple Creek.
