Why Stations Casino will Declare Bankruptcy (off topic)

I was offered two free tickets for a comedy show at
Palace Station but when I picked them up they said
I had to buy 1 drink per ticket.

Complaining to Maria, manager, produced the usual
"it's policy".

I play at the president level. Losing a player like me
for such a nickel and dime scheme can only lead to
one conclusion: bankruptcy next month.

Thank you for letting me rant.

Another reason why Stations Casinos will declare bankruptcy:

Go to hotels.com, go to the page for any Stations Casino in Las Vegas, and then read the reader comments.

Many reader comments regarding their ripoff "resort fee", which is either not mentioned at all when making reservations, or mentioned in "mice type" which is overlooked.

Nickel and dimeing customers in this manner gains them a small amount of cash - at least for those customers who don't fight the charge either at the desk or with their cc company - but in many cases they are losing those customers forever.

I'm going to be doing my first "off strip" comp stay in June, staying downtown at Main Street Station" (and yes, I do know that Main Street Station is not part of the Stations Casinos chain - but rather the B Connected franchise of Boyd & Coast); and then "on strip", but at Casino Royale. I'm using comp night offers that I received after play I gave both places when I was in Vegas this past December.

My question is - Does anyone know if there is a history by either of these casinos to adding on "special charges" to comp room offers? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

I have not had any special charges added to my MSS rooms that I can ever remember.

Never use a comp at Casino Royale.

Matt,

Thanks for the info (and the clarification - at first I thought it might be a warning!).
