Why I no longer play at Palms (XVP).....

Not long ago, there was an interview with George Maloof in Las Vegas Weekly
magazine. Apparently, he eats frequently at the buffet, and is very "hands on"
as far as the choices go. That being the case, e-mail your complaints to:

George . Maloof @ Palms . com (remove the spaces)

I doubt that he reads every e-mail, but certainly someone does. If enough
people complain, there is a good chance that changes will be made. George says
he prides himself on providing what the customer wants.

Granted, even the Middle Eastern food at Palms buffet has suffered since the
reopening.....whatever happened to sliced tomatos for a gyro??? I asked and
was told that George Maloof, personally, tells the chef what he wants for the
Middle Eastern foods. I said "do you think George requested no sliced
tomatos?" the answer was "I am sure he did". So, the buck stops with George and not
the chef. At least at Stations they give their help the ability to make
decisions!
