Howdy

Today I pulled a Royal without drawing to it. The odds are 650,000 to 1 give
or take a few. Although I was surprised and grateful for the pull I thought
that a long shot like that should be rewarded with a payoff more than 1000-1.
I know some games offer a bonus for a sequential Royal but I am not aware of
any vp game that offers a bonus for a dealt one.

I play JoB and am not up to speed on all the "bonus" poker games.

How much would that feature add to the 99.54 return anyhow?

the additional EV would be dependent upon the payout for getting a
dealt royal. The higher the payout, the higher the additional EV.

You're already doing much better than 99.54 if you're getting 1000-1
for your royals (100.07%)...I'll assume you meant 800-1. If not,
where is this game? :slight_smile:

The closest thing to a giant bonus for a dealt royal that I can
think of is sometimes found on multi-line machines. For instance,
last week a bank of progressive nickel 3-play machines at the
Orleans offered more than $2500 for a 3-line Royal. Catching a dealt
royal in that situation (technically 3 royals, I guess)obviously
