I checked for these 25c/50c/$1 9/5 TB+ and 25c/50c 9/5 WHA at Hooter's today. Just a few are still there in the slant-tops by the cashier. Not all the machines in that area have the same paytables. BTW the database does not list any $1 9/5 WHA, just 25c and 50c.
The Hooter's database has been revised for machine counts and locations.
