I will probably wait until I'm going home to report any good machines that I found on the trip. Too many people on this group that would crowd me out such as the 4 Optimum Play machines at the entrance of Hooters. They were busy all the time I was there, had to play BJ at the Hooter Girls pit (what a sacrifice)

The index and summary is helpful, but there are flaws. Casinos move
machines all the time. Without a daily update and monitoring you are
essentially relying on "old" news.
A more sinister view would be that players "hide" their discovery to
prevent massive play at that machine and eventually its removal. My
philosophy is that you always have to do your own dirty work anyway.
So, use the index, but still be prepared to do lots of looking on your
own. And whether you choose to reveal your findings or not is just
that - your choice. I'll be happy if you do "tell" but not surprised
in the least if you don't.
