The Sunshine policy only applies to the Administrator. Here's the
official vpFREE Member Participation policy:
Every vpFREE member, as a requirement for continuing membership,
is expected to vote in all applicable vpFREE polls and elections,
and to report DataBase inventory changes in casinos they visit
(unless it is an obvious casino mistake or they are protecting a
secret play for themselves).
