For single line dollars, HoChunk in the Dells has 9/7 double bonus.
Quarters are single line 9/6 double bonus with 400 for the SF and
1000 for the aces but you have to watch the paytables cuz they are
mixed in with lower paying game makers. The best game is in the
quarter triple play where the deuces are NSUD.
For an Indian casino, these games are not bad.

The best play I've seen is triple Deuces at Ho-Chunk (99.92). The are
found in one of the multi-game machines (gamemaker I think). Beware
of the extremely high variance of this game. The Deuces pay $750 but
you lose pretty fast otherwise.
