WHere did they go?

Haven’t seen any recent posts, maybe the group has given up on Detroit VP. Recently I have been praising Greekton for the new improved casino experience, but I 'm not too sure after checking my comp balance. When I checked last night I had $ 152, last time I used any comps about 10 days ago my balance was over $ 400. Either someone got ahold of my card or Greektown has implemented a new “use em quick or lose em” policy. Has this happened to any other players? Do I have any recourse?

I know Johhny recommended using comps and not letting the balance grow, but I didn’t think Greektown would change anything without publicizing it.

Preston,

I would definitely talk to someone at Greektown. They are spending a lot of money so maybe they will actually listen to a customer complaint. Gtown always did have comps roll off if they weren’t used. But that seems like an awfully big amount to get rolled off. I would try and talk to a host instead of the booth.

The booth’s default answer is “No, too bad, go away”.

Let us know how it turns out.

As for this group, not much going on in Detroit on the video poker front so not much to report. MGM and Motor City have killed their offerings. Greektown has remained status quo.

Is anyone actively playing at Gtown for Monopoly? I may be able to help out.

Thanks for the info I will try to catch up with one on their hosts.
