When you can....someone please report!

We live in Florida and have been going to Biloxi for many years. We
have meet so many wonderful people there at the casinos we frequent -
waiters, floor people, hosts, etc. We have kept the people in Biloxi
in our prayers over the last two days (as well as all others who were
facing Ivan's arrival).

As soon as someone from the area visits the list again (Linda
maybe??), can you please report how casino row weathered the storm.
There's been very little on the news here in FL about that area. We
are especially interested in Treasure Bay (our "home away from
home"), which took a terrible hit during the last tropical storm
(Betty, I think it was).

We hope to be able to go back in October for "Crusin' the Coast" week
if they have the I-10 bridge open - but until then, our concern is
not in gambling, but as to how everyone made out. There are so many
people that depend on those paychecks and toks for their
families....lets' hope they can get back to work soon!

Thanks in advance for the "report".....

Judie,
Treasure Bay received no damage at all. Casinos were closed from noon on Tuesday until 7 a.m. this morning (Friday).
No damage to casinos except exterior of CM Biloxi and Grand Biloxi.
I don't have internet service so I'm on dialup right now - maybe someone has already answered your question - I didn't check alll my e-mails B4 replying.
Linda
