Book distribution is very slow to the retail stores - a distributor problem, not a publisher one. Some stores have it in some areas; some do not. I would not count on it being available by Christmas - I hope it is but I can't promise.
Remember, if you want a personally autographed copy, order it from our Web site below. And we usually send out all orders within 24 hours. As it gets closer to Christmas, better pay extra postage for Priority Mail. Media Mail might be delayed more than usual during the busy times.

If you need one immediately, and live in LV, I saw one (1) copy this
morning (12/11) at the B&N store on West Charleston, near PF Changs.
Also, I read the VP chapter in the Menza Guide to Casino Gambling. I
thought it was a good introduction to VP and well written. But the
author failed to mention this website in the Appendix!
