I like staying at the Venetian, but I have a new host who changes the
comps. My first host comped me 4 nites. Instead of getting an email
confirming the nites, I got an email confirming 3 nites from another
host. I then found out that this (new?) host is my contact.
I have to talk to her on the phone because she is not down at the host
desk yet. While visiting the grazie club, I got a message from one of
the staff that I should call her on Monday. I did.....she looked at my
play and did give my an extra nite and $25 in food. I then called her
before leaving and she gave my wife $50 food and me additional $75
food off my statement. It then ends up that she only gave me 50 off my
bill.
I WANT MY OLD HOST BACK!!!! Do you think I can request this and be
successful? I think she must be IN TRAINING and someone else is
calling the shots.
