Wheel Poker - Vegas report

On a recent trip to Vegas I decided to give IGT Wheel Poker a shot. The EV of wheel poker is about the same as the raw actual game, since the spin wheel usually gets you back the 6th coin you are constantly putting in , to buy the privilege of the spin bonus.
At each location I only played the best available EV, triple play versions. I really lucked out here, and can imagine if you don't get quads your basically dead, but its so much fun. In general, this game is easy to get a seat at.

Main Street station - 25C 9/6 DDB
start $100 - one spin 300 coins - cash out $200

Gold Coast - 25C 9/6 triple double bonus
start $200 - one spin for 250 coins, one spin for 2000 coins - cash out $450

Orleans - 25C 15/9/4/4/ Ugly Ducks
start $400 - two 400 coin spins, one 1000 coin spin, one Royal flush - cash out $1200
PS - I changed the strategy here by holding 1 pair versus 2 , as to increase my chances of a nat quad , or 5 kind with one duck

I had great luck with those MSS WP machines in March--up $2800 in 2
days playing quarters. Recently, I played in Reno for 3 days on 9/5
DDB at SL. I was determined to play despite the poor pay table
because it is fun. I had the expected roller coaster ride. I put in
$100 and within 30 minutes I was up $1800 due to a RF and a 2000 and
1000 wheel spin. Then it was downhill but back to +$1800 by the next
afternoon. I then lost $550 in 45 minutes but ended up +$1000 for the
trip. Very few people beside myself were playing and they were mostly
playing short coin, making the wheel spin impossible.
