What's Up with MS this month?

Has anyone received anything from MS this month aside from the giveaway at the end of the month? (which I didn't receive)

Can anyone figure this place out? Last month (2) $500 gift cards, free points and a gas card. This month nada.

The following comes from a friend of mine. He had been told by his
host that he didn't qualify form certain perks such as concerts and
golf tournaments. He called the toll free # for promotions who told
him he qualfied (yes for golf and Aerosmith no for Von Jovi) and and
promotions has informed him of the events of interest as well as
providing tickets.

There is a new head of promotions from Atlantic City and changes in
promotion policy seem in the works. Friend is relatively new so not
Sagamore, but playing heavily recently. We are Sagamore were told by
promotions we did not qualify for Aerosmith. I surmise that comps are
becoming much more geared to what have you done for them lately.
Because we are spending more time in Vegas, I imagine we will be "low
man on totem pole", lol.

P.S. I forgot to mention that the promo person on the phone told my
friend his frequency of play and volume looked good, but they would
like to see a higher buy-in. I fail to see the relevance of buy-in to
VP, can it really matter whether you feed in Bens as needed or up
front? However crazier criteria have been applied, so I fed in a
number of bills up front and took the slip from machine to machine. If
someone talks to a host or promotions, you may want to inquire if buy-
in is really a factor in rating VP play.

P.P.S. When I fed in 5 Bens in the $1 PE machine today and hit 2 pr pn
the first hand the machine printed a credit slip for $15 and left the
rest in the balance in the machine.

That buy-in would matter does sound quite insane.
When the $1 pick em's were formerly full-pay, I routinely put in $600
to start. They were programmed to only print out a slip when your
balance exceeded $1199, not just a payoff that big. Sometimes, I
would be slightly down and hit a quad putting me say at $1185. Then,
everytime I hit a small hand, a slip would print out, sometimes every
other gand and I'sd have about 20 small slips and 1 big one to cash
in the end. I do not know why they would lower that figure to $500.

1) There are a serious of slot tourneys at the end of the month, Sat & Sun Oct 22 & 23 I think

2) VIP Tickets come in 4 flavors: A,B,C, & "S". "S" I think stands for special-- usually that
means something like first row center, though more often than not, when I arrive near curtain
time, there are no tickets in my envelope (If you have ab A,B,or C tickets, when you arrive,
you just get whetever A,B, or C tickets are still unclaimed. Hence, they tell you the earlier you
arrive, the better your chances are; S tickets on the other hand are pre-assigned to you. But,
as I said before, they tend to be pre-stolen also!)

3) Over the last almost 10 years, the coin-out algorithms (and sounds on jackpots, etc) for
pick'em has changed quite a bit. I remember when neighboring machines did different
things! Oh well.

4) *** Anyone notice if the full-points are back for the $5 & $10 pick'em
