What's the record on 'back-to-back-to-back...' Royal Flush?

With all the talk about RNGs, am just wondering what the record is on
hitting the Royal Flush back-to-back-to-back, and so on.

I've never experienced it but, so far, I heard some people hit it a
second time on the same machine on the very next draw. My co-worker
claims that his mom just hit a Royal Flush and collecting the jackpot
and asked to play again, the Royal Flush showed up again.

What about the record in Quads? Has anybody hit any quads like "10 in
a row"? hmmm.....whichever machine did it, it must be 'hotter' than
those Blazing 777's... :>

I played a machine in AC back in November. It was a birthday trip. I hit 2
Quad deuces on the same machine within 20 minutes. I went back to the TAJ
in December, and in a 2 day span, hit on the same machine as in November, 4
times for quad deuces. It was quite a rush.

2 times in the last 2 years I hit Royals on back-to-back days on the same machine (single line games only) ! This happened at 2 different casinos. In one case, I hit another Royal on one of those same machines the very next trip. And I moved around quite a bit on 3-8 different machines (depending on availability of the best functioning and comfortable machines, distance from smokers, etc.) at both these places. I generally don't play a machine because it's been "lucky" for me yesterday or anytime in the past. These were single line games.

My total playing (almost all single line) is about 150 hrs./yr. or 120,000 hands/yr.
I think that this happened is quite an anomaly. (Any of the mathematicians agree/disagee?) What I feel "lucky" (as in, I feel fortunate that this happened, not that I am a "lucky" person) about is that I've managed to be ahead overall over the same 2 year period.

I was playing $2 DB one time and hit 4 aces for a taxable jackpot. When they (finally) came to pay and reset the machine, they gave me the old "play it off" line and 3 aces popped up. They turned to walk away and I hit the 4th ace on the draw. I called them back for my one and only back-to-back taxable jackpots.

I got DEALT quad Aces WITH a kicker each time on the SAME machine, a $1 coin DDB
at the Silver Legacy within 8 hrs of each other. Just held all five cards, draw none and
the happy song plays and the attendant brings the W-2G and 20 Benjamins. The first
time was the last hand of an all-niter. The 2nd time was after about 7 hrs of sleep, I
returned to the same machine and was about $400 into it. On the Deal.

Of course, these kind of stories are fun to tell over and over, even if Gilbert was
looking for bonafied Back-to-back big hands.

thanks for the dream material...

--------------I hit (4) quad dueces on the same FPDW machine within 26
minutes at the Fiesta-Henderson.

Playing one night at the Hollywood Casino in Aurora, IL, I had an RF
and while waiting for the handpay got another RF on a different
machine. So two RFs showing at the same time on two different machines.

Not back to back, but a pretty good memory anyhow.

The best actual back-back hands I had was playing BJBP. I hit a RF
(holding only two cards), followed by a straight flush (held four).

Another time playing DB I hit 4 aces and the very next hand was dealt 4
deuces.

My wife has hit 3 RFs in one day .... twice.

One of my favorite stories for people that like to think that 'once a
machine pays something good, it wont hit for awhile', is about 4 years
ago a friend was just learning VP and sitting with my wife and I at
the MGM, he wasnt doing particularly well and then he got 4 queens. As
soon as his credits rang up he stopped and wanted to cash out because
'this machine wont give me anything else for awhile', I told him that
he could get up if he wants to but the machine has no idea if and what
he has been paid and he could hit something even better or nothing at
all on any given hand, he went ahead and played some more and on the
very next hand after getting 4 queens, he got 4 queens, neither one
was dealt, but I believe the odds of 2 quads of the same card would be
quite rare on sequential hands.

Happy 'sequental' Royals
Jim
