A few months ago vpFREE2.com added a chronological list of
updates called "What's New". I'm very impressed with this
feature.
To see it you can click on the "What's New" link at the top
of most vpFREE2 pages. Here's a direct link:

You can also receive daily email updates from
vpFREE2. If you sign-up for these you will receive one
email every day listing the updates made in the last 24
hours unless there were no updates that day.

The updates for individual casinos are also listed under
each casino's "Comments" tab.
Because vpFREE2 now has the "What's New" feature, I've
changed the vpFREE Member Participation Expectations to
include a request to submit inventory updates to vpFREE2.
Of course, it's still appropriate to also post them on
the vpFREE forums.
