First can you verify that the comps were misused? Document that first. Than
the initial step should be a letter to the Casino management (find the highest
name with title) explaining your position and point to the fact that it is
verifiable. If this does not provide the result you desire you could take it
to small claims on principle. It would be an interesting little case--but of
course the result will not be a great recovery with a court appearance! In
fact, the casino will not welcome you with open arms!
