What would you do?

I just got home from another night of gambling. Had a great run at
craps where I actually had a couple of great rolls. Since I am
usually the worst shooter in the history of Boyd Gaming, it was a
nice change. But on to the question of the day.

After I walked in, I sat down at a 9/6 DDB machine for the sole
purpose of ordering a Long Island Iced Tea while playing single
coin. Yes, single coin is a bad play, but for my purposes, I only
hope to break-even while getting a drink. As it turned out, I never
saw quads all night.

So I put my card in and it shows 20286 points. which is kind of
strange, in that I sort of keep track of my points, and I think I
only have 3000 or so. I get my drink, play a couple of more
machines, and the number keeps going up.

Then I play some Pai-Gow, have the $1.95 breakfast special, and
decide that regardless of whether it is correct, I am going to cash
in 20,000 points for $60 at the Club Coast. And they do it without
incident.

So what would you do if you believed (I.E. know) that you didn't
have the number of points that the meter was shwoing?

Have you tried Immodium for this? It usually fixes me right up.

Exactly what you did. If you have ever had the misfortune of trying
to win an argument with a casino about the LACK of points being
recorded on your card, I believe that this would be a given for most
players. I cannot conceive of someone blowing the whistle on
themselves, and informing the casino that they were being credited
with too many points. Besides, the additional points accrued, might
have been the result of some poorly advertised promotion, of which
you were not aware. <Grin>

You mean kinda like the way one casino was paying was doing for several months? (-;

I would take the money, then blow it on a cheap hooker - just to be sure the money stays in the local economy. I'd ask permission from my wife first, though..............

I was at the Orleans once playing at on of the bars and I noticed my
card reader was not working. It displayed another name than mine. I
called a slot person who called a supervisor and guess what? They
gave me credit for about 3 hours of dollar play. Added the points
right my account. I couldn't tell super how long I played. I left it
up to him. He did real good for me.

Cheers...Jeep

If the points added a nice advantage I would continue to play... purely as
an experiment, of course;-)
