That happened to me once by accident. I held one deuce, but accidentally also hit another hold button, holding a jack, and drew the other three deuces. What a surprise.
But the dumbest intentional thing I've seen that worked was at the LV Hilton when they had the full pay Loose Deuces. There were only two machines, and they were separated so that one player couldn't play both. I was playing one, a lady came up and started playing the other. After just a few minutes she hit the four deuces. I looked over to see what she had held. She had held one ace, and got all four deuces on the draw.
