What strategies do you use ?

I've learned JoB and moving on to DB. I'm wondering how far everyone
who plays actually goes when they learn.

Does everyone Learn one or two machines and stick to them ?

Do you try to learn most of all them ?

Do you spend the time to master the expert strategies and get the .0002
% ?

I want to be right there with the group but I don't want to be racking
my brain against the wall trying to be 100% perfect so I'm trying to
get a feel of what most people on this board go for.

Is there a logical progression from one machine to the next ?

What ever you feel fits together here I would appreciate.

Thanks,
Rod

In the Kansas City/Topeka area, we have AA and PKM. Not suprisingly,
these are games I know 99.9%. When I go to Vegas I go to the LV
Hilton which also currently has these games.

I learned "FPJW 4700" when the Stardust had the game in Triple-Play
nickle format. I got great comps there playing that game. I was real
sorry to see this one go. I only got this game to about 99.8%, but at
101% payback that was good enough for me.

With the above game gone, I have gone back to FPDW as a main second to
AA. FPDW is easy to learn and still widely available in quarters.

I have NEVER learned JOB, BP, DDB or DB and have no current desire to
do so as long as better games are available for quarter players. I
could probably learn 10/7/80 DB pretty easy based on my AA play, but I
don't know many places left with it. I might have to brush up on my
FPJW and take on Binions.

Get cards for each game you learn and practice with my favorite Frugal
VP(I do need some new quotes, though).
