What's your source? Last I spoke to a host, mailer levels were based entirely on monthly theo. Granted, I havent asked for over a year if anything has changed.
Theo varies by machine, so it's not purely coin in, but if you know the theo for a given machine, you can compute the coin-in necessary on that machine for a given mailer. AFAIK, using comps doesn't affect the mailer level.
But if you have any information to the contrary, I'd like to hear it. Next time I go down there, I'll verify with a host.
