This figure permeates the discussion of "pros" and I'm having trouble
reconciling it to playing reality.
Any player with a minimum of manual dexterity and a modicum of
intellect can easily crank through $1500 dollars per hour on a fast
machine. Assuming an easily obtainable .25% cashback (or freeplay),
the figure is $15/hour.
Inexperienced and/or occasional players probably can't reach these
levels with any degree of accuracy, but they aren't relevant to a
discussion of "pros".
