What is 6/9 VP?

So I was at Bill's Casino in Lake Tahoe recently, and I was amused that
on their ubiquitous signs promoting their full pay video poker, they
kept referring to their "6/9 Video Poker". I assumed they were
referring to 9/6 JoB, but it seemed odd to me that with the signs
everywhere no one would catch that.
Then in todays mail I get something from the Grand Sierra Resort in
Reno touting their various changes to the property. The line that
stopped me cold was "If you are passionate about video poker, new 6-9
machines are popping up all over."
Ok, now I'm no longer self assuredly amused. I'm insecurely confused.
What is 6/9, or is it 6-9, VP?

Ben

We can only hope that they weren't referring to their DB pay schedule!

Perhaps they did really mean 9/6 JOB but the sign painter had dyslexia.

Anyway, with all the 100%+ VP inventory currently at Bill's, why
bother with 6/9 anything?

Maybe they're going for a double entendre. Play there and you'll be a
satisfied customer ...

Right next to those strange 6/9 signs, they do have another sign that
states: selected video poker games return more than 100%. I was playing
away at Bill's a month ago, when a woman came up to me. "Excuse me. You
look like you know what your doing. Can you tell me what that 6/9 sign
means?" I looked up, and honestly stated that I really did not know. I
also had to assume they meant the 9/6 Jacks of better.

No, Babe the DB game offered is 10/7 not 9/6.

I was also confused by the womans comment that I looked like I knew
what I was doing???

Oh! Now I understand why they were also advertising "BJ".
