Machine caracteristics are : 0.25ctv$ each credit. Max, play 20
credits, Jacks or Better, Double Bonus and Deuces Bonus.
I need a answer . I hope you understand me.
I play 11 credits and come "A Flush Color".
I held the 5 cards and when I push the Deal, and one of the 5 cards
( second car erase held ) and loose the prime.
The casino technician verify the memory and show the game.
Do not appear the second cart held, but I sure play correctly.
The casino not pay for me.
Tonigth other person plays the same machine, and repet the same
error. He helds 3 cards for "Three of Kind" and eraser the same
second card position.
I ask you : if possible malfunction the software ? because the
botton appearance is OK.
I am very disconfort, because the casino's manager don't want to
accept the malfunction of this machine.

First off. Most of us are in the US. We could not speculate on
the policies of your local casino. Here in Nevada, most casinos
will pay you. However, this is strictly a courtesy. They are
under no legal oblication to do so. In Lima, the casinos are
probably not required to pay you, even if the button is broken.
Ultimately, it is up to you to be sure all cards are held before
pressing the deal/draw button.
About the software. Since this is an IGT game (per your previous
post) we can be sure that the software is not the issue. It seems
that the problem is with the button or the user, that would be you :-).
Sometimes the buttons act correctly 99/100 times, but will double
click on rare occasion or just not register. I suggest playing
another machine. If the casino is unwilling to fix the machine,
there is little you can do.
