We'll probably never know since the private
equity boys are taking over. Once the
aquistion is complete, pesky things like
public reporting to the SEC will not longer
be required. That is until they take this
mutt public again in a few years. Union
peace is probably a good thing as they
attempt to complete this deal by year end.
