According to the Database, Harrahs (Laughlin) starts a day at 6am.
Is this local Nevada time? What do you think...system wide?
How about the Mandalay Bays? The One Club, is it uniform when the day
starts? No entries for Laughlin properties.
(Note to VPfree administrator: Ramada Express day should be
reviewed. 4am starts the day...and ends it.)

I've used 6:00AM for all of the Harrah's properties in the DataBase.
All times are local times for the particular casino.
