What constitutes "good" vp at MSS?
MSS also has 10/7 DB - I assume play at 99.8 due errors and all penalty cards situations confusing. But with the comps and offers of the monthly $100 free play I think you are still in a good situation, especially as you have the less value scratch cards as well though their value keeps decreasing and the waits at late hours increasing to get them.
